We do not disclose your personal data to others unless there is a legal basis for such disclosure. Examples of such a basis will typically be an agreement with you or a legal basis that requires us to disclose the information.
Norsk Interaktiv uses data processors to collect, store or otherwise process personal data on our behalf. In such cases, we have entered into agreements to ensure information security at all stages of the processing. We currently use the following data processors:

We store your personal data for as long as you are registered as a user with us and for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was collected, unless a longer storage period is required or permitted by applicable law.
This means, for example, that personal data we process in order to fulfil an agreement with you will be deleted when the agreement has been fulfilled and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been met. However, as long as you are a registered user, your purchase history will be stored so that you can look back at which courses have been purchased.
Personal data that we process on the basis of your consent will be deleted if you withdraw your consent. We will also delete any personal data that you request to be deleted, unless it follows from legal requirements or other grounds for processing that we must nevertheless retain the data in question for a certain period of time.
We also endeavour to ensure that personal data and other customer information is up to date and correct, and that we do not store information that is unnecessary in relation to the purposes of processing personal data.
Retention of anonymised data is not subject to the above time limits or deletion requirements.
