Norsk Interaktiv has delivered hundreds of training projects to customers large and small in recent years.
Such projects are a close collaboration between subject matter experts at our customers and our project managers at Norsk Interaktiv. It is usually Norsk Interaktiv's project managers who are responsible for the process and ensure that we achieve a good end result within budget and on time.
We'll look at some examples of projects here.
Skanska Diversity management
Together with Skanska Norge AS, we have developed a course in "Diversity Management".
Diversity management is about meeting the whole person in the workplace, and seeing people and situations from a different perspective than your own. Skanska is committed to being an organisation with employees who understand that people are different and bring different references, experiences and skills to the job. This course is an important contribution to this.
Norsk Interaktiv has written the script for the course (based on good input and a pleasant collaboration with the head of inclusion and diversity at Skanska Norway), developed animations and other graphic content and implemented the course in the authoring tool Elucidat. Skanska has added the course to its LMS and is responsible for roll-out, administration and reporting.
Norsk Interaktiv has received excellent feedback from Skanska on the process of developing the course, and on the end result.
Aker Solutions' Clamp Connector
Aker Solutions delivers a lot of advanced equipment and services to the energy/offshore sector. They need to train their customers to use the equipment they supply in the right way. We have been a partner with Aker Solutions for over 10 years.
One example of a project is their "Mark II Clamp Connector", which is used to connect subsea pipelines. If such a connector is used or stored incorrectly, it could have major environmental and economic consequences.
To develop this course, we conducted a process with their technology environment at Tranby, and developed the course in collaboration with them.
We were responsible for the production of the course, while their engineers of course provided the technical expertise.
The course was delivered as a SCORM package and implemented in Aker Solutions' LMS.
Skan control Punch and safety courses
Skan-kontroll is a total supplier of security solutions to public and private organisations. As part of their services, they offer courses and expertise to their customers. Norsk Interaktiv has been Skan-kontroll's partner for digital course development for several years, and has developed several courses in collaboration with them.
Skan-kontroll is an example of one of the customers with whom we run collaborative projects. Read more about collaborative projects here.
Skan-kontroll uses Mentorkit LMS as a learning platform, also in relation to its large customers (e.g. retail chains).
The course on "Shrinkage in self-service checkouts" focuses on how employees in grocery stores should deal with this type of checkout. The purpose of this course is to give store employees increased expertise in the use of self-service checkouts so that they can help to prevent and prevent theft, as well as provide confidence in handling unwanted incidents.
The course uses a variety of tools, such as motion graphics to illustrate key principles, in-store photos to show examples of fraud methods and activities/tasks to test knowledge.
Jotun Hull Performance Solutions
Jotun, with over 10,000 employees and operations in more than 100 countries, has engaged Norsk Interaktiv in many digital learning projects.
An example of one of the many courses we have created for them is within their largest business segment, Marine. "Hull Performance Solutions (HPS) is Jotun's flagship within paint services. Here, we have developed a course that trains their "HPS Managers" globally. Naturally, the course was developed in close co-operation with Jotun's engineers.
Vitusapotek / Norsk Medisinaldepot (NMD) - Aposys training
Vitusapotek (NMD) has approximately 3,000 employees and around 200 pharmacies. They are rolling out a new software solution (Aposys) that encompasses their entire value chain, from the cash register systems in the stores to the central service office. Norsk Interaktiv was chosen as the supplier of the training following a tender process. A pharmacy system is advanced and has many user groups.
To ensure a smooth transition from the old to the new system, we have developed a training programme that includes two important parts
- The process training consists of 10 e-learning courses that go through the various modules in Aposys overall, in such a way that users understand how Aposys works/communicates without looking at screenshots.
- The system training goes through all functions by presenting screenshots, where to click and how the system works in practice. The modules are of the "Show me, try me, test me" type. We are developing around 60 such system training functions.
Norsk Interaktiv has co-operated with Vitusapotek for several years, and has also delivered an introductory course for the company's employees.
Viken Skog forest owner school
Viken Skog SA is a cooperative owned by more than 9,000 forest owners in Viken, Vestfold and parts of Innlandet. They want to train the new generation of forest owners in modern (and more digital) forest management.
Together with Viken Skog, we have developed the "Forest Owner School", which consists of a series of e-learning courses.
The scripts for the courses have been developed by us, after good input from Viken Skog's professional expertise. Viken Skog uses Mentorkit LMS. The courses in the Forest Owner School can be purchased via our online store.
