We are proud and humbled that the Stine Sofie Foundation has chosen Norsk Interaktiv to create the digital training for the important "Stine Sofie Parent Pack", which is a free information programme for all expectant and new parents with children from 0 to 2 years. The programme aims to give children and parents a good start to their new life. The target group for the programme is healthcare workers who will be working with families with young children.
The Stine Sofie Foundation is a Norwegian non-profit organisation that works to protect and strengthen the rights of children, especially those who have been subjected to violence and abuse. The foundation works actively to raise awareness of children's rights, prevent violence and abuse, and support victims and their families through various programmes and services. The Stine Sofie Foundation has had a significant impact on efforts to protect vulnerable children in Norway.
The e-learning course is designed to inform and inspire healthcare professionals to use the Stine Sofie Parent Pack in their conversations, and to inform parents about the Stine Sofie Parent Pack.
The course will have a good variation in the use of tools; films, animations, text/images and exercises. The course is practical and provides many concrete tips that will be important in the everyday life of the healthcare worker.
Norsk Interaktiv expects to complete the course in early 2024. Once the course is fully developed, it will be rolled out widely to healthcare workers across Norway. Norsk Interaktiv's learning portal, Mentor kit LMS will be set up with a simple but detailed self-registration solution, minimising administration around the course once it has been developed. At the same time, it will give employees of the Stine Stofie Foundation detailed overviews of how the course is being utilised by end users.
Project manager at the Stine Sofie Foundation, Christine Øygarden, has high expectations for the course and looks forward to being able to use it in meetings with healthcare workers all over Norway.
