At Norsk Interaktiv, we are happy to share our 25 years of experience in the industry with our customers. This means we can be a full-service provider: we offer both course content development and a learning platform customised to the customer's requirements and needs.

Since its inception in 1997, Norsk Interaktiv has produced over 500 e-learning courses. In close co-operation with our customers, we will continue to develop effective and engaging online courses with animations and activities adapted to the training's target group to achieve good learning outcomes. Animations, for inspiration and learning outcomes

Animation

Our content producers have strong expertise in developing customised and cost-effective animations for e-learning courses that explain an issue effectively and engagingly. By animating and illustrating complex and abstract course content, learners will better understand the content and make it easier to acquire the knowledge.

Technology

Norsk Interaktiv consists of a skilled production team and proprietary technology; the learning platform Mentorkit Enterprise® and the authoring tool Mentorkit Creator. Many years of research and development (R&D) have contributed to the development of the Mentorkit Enterprise® learning platform for the organisation, distribution and follow-up of online teaching. Our major investment is currently the new authoring tool Mentorkit Creator for efficient production of interactive online courses.

Shelfware course

Norsk Interaktiv develops off-the-shelf courses that can be offered together with our learning portal or as stand-alone courses that can be implemented in the customer's own LMS.
Two recent themes that have been launched are:

• IT security: 10 short and visually powerful modules designed for all employees in an organisation.
• Labour law and basic personnel management. The target group for the course is HR managers who need an update on important topics such as the termination of an employment relationship, working time regulations and much more.

In all our projects, we implement a systematic and proven project methodology that ensures the right result at the right time. In the following, we will present a very brief overview of this process.
